Welcome to Blood Sweat and Iron!

This website is dedicated to the the history of weapons, but not only their use but also the manufacturing methods employed to create them. The science of warfare has a long history and as such there should be plenty of material to cover. Museum visits throughout the world will be recorded in a an overview format to later write comprehensive articles about specific weapons, armour or vehicles present in those museums. This should provide you the reader with great documentation relating to various museum exhibits across the world.

Links to specific articles can be found on the appropriate era page, which you can navigate using the left hand menu. In addition the articles are sorted according to the categories describing the type of weapon covered, links in the top bar. The museum link has all the blog entries pertaining to visits while the blog tab links to all articles in reverse chronology.
